The humans behind the work

Built by people who care about dance, useful work, and responsible AI.

AI for Dance Studios brings practical AI guidance together with real dance-industry and social-media experience. We are starting as educators and hands-on consultants, not asking studios to trust an unfinished platform.

Our goal is simple: help dance professionals make one good workflow decision at a time, while keeping people responsible for the decisions that affect students, families, and staff.
Why we started

Studios deserve more than generic AI advice.

Dance studios operate differently from ordinary local businesses. The work is seasonal, personal, creative, and built on trust with families. Advice that ignores those realities is unlikely to last after the initial excitement wears off.

We created AI for Dance Studios to make AI education and implementation more grounded: start with the actual workflow, check the tools the studio already owns, protect sensitive information, and test the smallest useful change.

D

David

AI strategy & implementation

David leads the AI, workflow-design, and implementation side of the business. His focus is turning broad technology possibilities into small, understandable tests that a studio can evaluate in its real operating environment.

That includes knowing when the best recommendation is an existing software feature, a process fix, another specialist, or no automation at all.

J

Jordan

Dance & content operations

Jordan teaches and performs dance and brings hands-on social-media-management experience. That combination helps keep the work connected to how dance professionals communicate, create content, serve families, and move through a demanding studio calendar.

Jordan’s perspective helps separate ideas that look impressive in a demo from ideas that fit the pace, voice, and responsibilities of a real studio.

How we work

Practical before impressive.

01

Start with the workflow

We diagnose the recurring task before recommending a tool or subscription.

02

Use what you already have

We check relevant features in current studio software before adding complexity.

03

Keep people responsible

AI may draft or organize; qualified people review consequential outputs and decisions.

04

Measure before claiming

We establish a baseline, run a small test, and distinguish estimates from observed results.

A clear boundary

What we are and what we are not.

We are here to

  • Teach practical AI concepts in dance-studio language
  • Help choose one safe, useful starting workflow
  • Build team confidence and review habits
  • Support documented, reversible implementation
  • Say when AI is not the right answer

We are not here to

  • Replace teachers, administrators, or owner judgment
  • Sell a generic stack of trendy tools
  • Upload private studio records into random AI products
  • Automate student, safety, staffing, or family decisions
  • Promise guaranteed hours, enrollment, revenue, or ROI
